双J管的应用与随访

Clinical application of double J tube

为了克服留置外支架易发生感染及患者活动受限制的缺点，缩短病人住院时间，对８５例泌尿系疾病患者使用双Ｊ管作内引流，其中４５例平均随访４．０８个月。结果表明：（１）由于双Ｊ管的材料、结构、形状特点，其自身固定可靠，无滑脱之忧；（２）双Ｊ管引流可靠，未发现堵管、尿瘘情况；（３）无１例并发泌尿系感染，住院时间较之留置外支架管明显缩短。

To avoid the defect of complicated urinary infection and limited activities of the patient with the conventional urinary tract stent, double J tube has been used as an endo-stent in 85 cases and the patients have been followed up for a mean of 4. 08 months .The benefits were:the J tube could be reliably kept in place and well retained with no dislocation of the tube ever observed; urine drainage has been perfect with no occur rence of tube occlusion or urine leakage, free from urinary infectiom and shortened hospitalization.
