摘要
在分析国际标准组织和发达国家农产品与食品加工GMP的基础上,对我国农产品GMP进行了较为系统的分析、归纳与总结,并提出我国农产品加工GMP与国际标准组织、发达国家存在的差距和相应对策,为农产品加工GMP的制修订提供了重要依据。
Food Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) of China, foreign countries and FAO/WHO CAC (Codex Alimentarius Commission) have been comparatively analyzed in this paper. The deference of food GMPs among China, foreign countries and CAC has been investigated, which provides an important basis for formulating and revising food GMPs in china .
