脑膜瘤术前颈外动脉栓塞的临床应用

摘要 经手术切除22例脑膜瘤,11例术前先行经导管颈外动脉栓塞,1周内择期行脑膜瘤切除术;另11例行单纯脑膜瘤切除术。颈外动脉栓塞后再手术组术中出血少,手术视野清晰,肿瘤易分离和切除,术后复发率低。有效的术前颈外动脉栓塞是控制术中出血的有效措施。 Preparation of membrane with novel biomaterial chitosan was studied ,and it's biodearadability and tissue compatibility were investigated in rats. Primary results show that chitosan membrane has more biodegradability and tissue compatibility, and degradable rate was 36. 7% 40. 4 % in 60 days. With the decrease of molecular weight degradable rate of chitosan membrane increases. The membrane with crab shell as material has more tissue compatibility in comparison with shrimp shell. It is promise that the membrane will be used as guided tissue regeneration membrane.
