摘要
针对连铸连轧和冷装热轧并存环境下的炼钢-连铸生产调度问题,建立了基于浇次开浇时间的炉次指派和作业排序模型.在该模型中,通过浇次开浇时间单位提前/拖期成本的惩罚值的控制可以协调炼钢-连铸和热轧生产环节之间的匹配关系.对所建立的模型,提出了基于遗传算法和线性规划的实用算法,并给出了源于实际生产数据的计算实例.
A cast starting time based mathematical model considering both machine allocation and heat sequencing is established for the steelmaking-continuous casting scheduling problem in DHCR (direct hot charge rolling) and CCR (cold charge rolling) environment. The model can coordinate the continuous casting and hot-rolllng production stages by adjusting the value of penalty coefficients on the deviation of the cast starting times. For the model established in this paper, a practical solution method based on genetic algorithm and linear programming is developed, and the computing experience with data from a practical production process is shown.
