摘要
将复杂系统的脆性理论引用到黄河灾害的研究。量化了复杂系统脆性的定义和特性,并基于复杂系统的脆性特征,运用系统动力学原理对黄河中下游的自然灾害进行系统的分析,建立了自然灾害系统的链锁式反应机制模型。在此基础上,结合黄河中下游的现状,提出了工程和非工程的灾害预防控制措施。
The brittleness theory of complex system is applied to the study of disasters of the Yellow River for the first time.According to the definition and quantified characteristics of brittleness and the system dynamics,the disasters of middle and lower reaches of the Yellow Ricer ate analyzed deeply by modeling of natural disasters via chain reaction mechanism.Further more,some measures are put forward against the disasters according to the present status of middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.
