摘要 通过增加一个模拟路面的滚筒、车轮驱动电机及车轮和滚筒间的压紧油缸等关键装置,并对控制系统进行了重新设计来满足新系统要求,使普通汽车制动器惯性试验台在保留原有功能不变的基础上,能够进行单个车轮的防抱死制动(ABS)和驱动防滑(ASR)试验。 Based on the general purpose of brake dynamometer, the test bench was redesigned with addition of some key devices such as one roller for simulating road surface, one DC driving motor and a cylinder producing pressure between roller and tire. The whole control system was also improved to meet the new requirements. All these modifications made the bench suit to conduct anti-lock braking system (ABS) and automatic slip regulation (ASR) test for a single wheel without any changes of its original functions. Although that could only perform single wheel test, it assisted the development process of ABS/ASR for passenger cars and light vehicles.
