扶正活力合剂对^(60)Co-γ线照射小鼠的辐射防护作用

The Function of FVM Defend Mice from ^(60)Co-γ Irradiation

为了确定扶正活力合剂对辐射的防护作用,我们观察了扶正活力合剂对^(60)Co-γ线照射小鼠的影响。结合显示扶正活力合剂使照射小鼠的血清中(malondialdehyde,MDA)明显降低,胸腺、脾脏指数明显高于盐水照射组,30天存活率提高40％,平均存活日数延长11.0±7.6。该药是一种有希望的辐射防护药。

In order to determine the defensive functions against radiation of Fuzheng vitalitic mixture (FVM) , the effects of which to60Co-γ irradiation on mice were investigated,The results showed that the MDA levels in serum of radiated mice were reduced obviously by FVM,the indexes of theyms and spleen were increased than the N·S control one,the existent rate of 30 days was raised for 40%,the average existent days were protonged for 11.0±7. 6. The FVM is a hopeful defensive drug to the radiation.
