Proposals & Experience on Reform of Old Substation

介绍对老变电站设备改造时如何进行设计优化,提高设备的可靠性,降低改造成本,在有限的改造资金下实现变电站综合自动化,向“无人值班”变电所靠近;提供改造变电站的经验体会。

Some opinions about doing well the reform plan and reducing reform expenses of old substations are proposed. After reformation, the equipment reliability of Chengchikou substation is improved and favorable conditions are created for going to comprehensive automation and unattended operation.
