延胡索不同配伍对疼痛模型小鼠一氧化氮含量的影响 被引量:6

Effects of the Yanhusuo Compatibility of Different Chinese Traditional Medicine on the Content of Nitric Oxide in Pain Model Mice

摘要 目的:研究延胡索配伍不同止痛中药对醋酸致痛模型小鼠脑组织、血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法:采用扭体实验,分别观察正常对照组、模型对照组、单味延胡索组、祛瘀止痛组、温阳止痛组、清热止痛组、补虚止痛组小鼠疼痛反应的变化,并测定各组小鼠血清、脑组织中NO的含量变化。结果:延胡索及各止痛中药配伍组能不同程度地抑制醋酸致痛模型小鼠的扭体次数,与模型对照组相比,补虚止痛组和清热止痛组能显著降低小鼠血清、脑组织中NO的含量(P<0.01),而温阳止痛组和祛瘀止痛组对血清、脑组织中NO的含量有明显的升高作用(P<0.01)。结论:NO可能在延胡索配伍不同止痛中药的痛觉调节机制中发挥着的双相调节作用,但不能作为评价镇痛效应的唯一指标。 Objective: To investigate the effects of the Yanhusuo compatibility of different Chinese traditional medicine on the content of nitric oxide (NO) in blood serum and brain tissue of pain model mice. Methods: stretching experiment was used to observe the different stretching response in mice of normal control group, model control group, single yanhusuo group, group of removing blood stasis to alleviate pain, group of wanning yang to alleviate pain, group of expelling heat to alleviate pain, group of reinforcing deficiency to alleviate pain, and detect the content of nitrous oxide in blood serum and brain tissue of mice. Results: Every administration group can inhibit the mice of stretching response in different extent. Compared with model control group, the content of nitric oxide in blood serum and brain tissue decreased markedly in group of expelling heat to alleviate pain, group of reinforcing deficiency to alleviate pain ( P 〈 0. 01). On the contrary, the group of removing blood stasis to alleviate pain and the group of wanning yang to alleviate pain was increased significantly (P 〈0. 01). Contusion: NO perhaps has the important double phase of effects on Yanhusuo compatibility of different Chinese traditional medicine in pain perception of regulatory mechanism.
