40例极低体重儿的喂养支持 被引量:4

摘要 目的:提高极低体重儿喂养耐受性及生存质量。方法:采用早期建立肠内营养,早产母乳喂养,同时配合喂养后采用俯卧位、非营养性吸吮、不耐受喂养儿配合小剂量红霉素干预疗法等支持手段。结果:使极低体重儿喂养不耐受率降低。结论:认为对极低体重尽快建立肠内营养的支持十分重要。
