摘要 介绍了绝缘子用硅橡胶材料的大气暴露试验和人工加速光老化试验情况。试验表明,经自然暴露试验后材料的机电性能略有变化:钢铁污秽和涤纶化工污秽(化学气体腐蚀环境)能使试品体积电阻率和表面电阻率明显降低,介质损耗角正切明显增大;人工加速气候试验结果表明,试品的机械性能和加速试验持续时间基本没有关系。还介绍了硅橡胶材料的5000h多应力试验情况,试验表明试品被试材料性能良好。 The authors describe the atmospheric exposure and artificial accelerated ultraviolet ray (UV) test results of silicone rubber material used for Maclean power insulators in a few atmospheric exposure testing field in China under typical climatic conditions, these tests are organized and carried out by Guangzhou Electric Apparatus Research Institute during the period from the year of 1998 to 2005. Test results show that mechanical and electrical characteristics of silicone rubber material after atmospheric exposure tests had changed slightly. The results of steel pollution test (industrial corrosion environment) at Baoshan Steel AG in Shanghai and terylene chemical pollution (chemical gas corrosion environment) at Anqing Terylene Factory in Anhui province show that both industrial corrosion environment and chemical gas corrosion environment can cause evident descent in volume resistivity and surface resistivity of test specimens as well as the evident enlargement of dielectric loss angle. Artificial accelerated UV test results show that the mechanical characteristics of the test specimens are basically irrelevant to the duration of accelerated UV test. Moreover, the results of 5000h multiple stresses tests for silicone rubber material, which are performed by China Electric Power Research Institute, are given and the tests show that the tested material possesses high performance.
