摘要
首先说明了330 kV柔性相间复合绝缘间隔棒的特点及其研制情况,介绍了其整体结构形式、技术参数、制造技术和机电性能试验等。试验结果及挂网运行情况证明了所研制的330 kV柔性相间复合绝缘间隔棒具有良好的机械性能和电气性能,可以保证线路安全运行并提高线路输送功率,降低了工程建设成本,解决了导线微风振动、碰线和相间绝缘击穿的问题。
The features of 330kV flexible interphase composite spacers and their development are described. The overall structure and technical parameters of 330kV flexible composite interphase spacers, adopted manufacturing technology and tests for mechanical and electric properties of flexible composite interphase spacers are presented. Test results and on-line application show that the developed 330kV flexible interphase composite spacers possess good mechanical and electrical performances. By use of flexible composite interphase spacers the secure operation of transmission line can be ensured the transmitted power of transmission line can be enlarged, and the construction cost of transmission line can be reduced. Using flexible composite spacers, the problems, such as conductor oscillation caused by breeze, short and phase insulation breakdown, can be solved.
