摘要
红外焦平面探测器的响应非均匀性将产生空域噪声,影响系统的灵敏度,在一般的红外系统灵敏度噪声等效照度(NEFD)和噪声等效温差(NETD)计算公式中,却不包含非均匀性的影响。通过非均匀性空域噪声的定义和焦平面探测器的空域噪声与时域噪声不相关的基本假设,在给出图像总噪声与探测器空域噪声和时域噪声关系的基础上,推导出了响应非均匀性与系统灵敏度NEFD和NETD的关系式,为红外系统的设计特别是非均匀性校正提供了依据。
The spatial noise caused by response non-uniformity (NU) of each element in IRFPA affected system sensitivity. The sensitivity of infrared system coud be defined as noise equivalent flux density (N-EFD) and noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD). But in conventional NEFD and NETD calculation equations, the effect of NU was not involved. For infrared system design, especially for non- uniformity correction, the relation expressing the response non-uniformity, NEFD and NETD was conducted.
