Minimal power supply for minitary telecommunication

不间断通信是现代战争中至关重要的一环,要实现不间断高质量的通信,电源是基础。新军事变革引发的技战法革命对通信电源保障提出了更高的要求。考虑到现代战争的特点,本文从当前电源保障存在的问题入手,以人力资源为依托,探索了通信电源的最低化保障问题,并提出了一些具体的想法,对现代战争中电源保障问题的战略实施具有一定的参考意义。

Uninterrupted communication plays a vital role in modern warfare, and accomplishment of high quality communication is built up on the basis of power supply. The equipped technology and tactics revolution brought about by the new military revolution have required the telecommunication power supply for higher demands. Taking in consideration of the characteristics of modem wars, this article proceeded with the existing problems in power supply on the basis of human power, explored the problem of ＂minimal power supply＂ and put forward some detailed approaches which will provide references for the strategic practice of power supply in modem wars.
