摘要 通过在大型工业铝电解槽上添加氧化钛,利用铝钛共析原理,在不改变原有铝电解槽生产工艺技术条件下,电解生产出低钛铝基合金液,直接用于A356合金的熔铸生产,所生产产品综合力学性能优于熔配法生产的A356合金;利用铝钛共析原理,在工业铝电解槽上生产电解低钛铝基合金液,将钛含量(质量分数)控制在1.5%以下,对工业铝电解槽的生产技术条件不会造成任何影响,经济效益显著提高,完全可以进行大型工业化推广应用。 By means of adding TiO2 into large type industrial aluminum electrolysis cells and utilizing the principle of Al-Ti eutectoid, a kind of Al-base alloy liquid with low Ti content can be produced by electrolysis without changing the process and technical conditions of existing aluminum electrolysis cells. This kind of alloy liquid can be used directly in the melting & casting production of alloy A356. The comprehensive mechanical properties of this kind of alloy A356 product are better than those of alloy A356 produced with normal melting & casting method (melting+ alloying method); In addition, when producing Al-base alloy liquid with low Ti content in industrial aluminum electrolysis cells, according to the principle of Al-Ti eutectoid, the Ti content (weight%) will be controlled within 1.5%, so it wont have any influence on the production and technical conditions of existing aluminum electrolysis cells, while the economical benefit will be significantly improved. The method surely can be widely implemented and applied in large-scale industrialized production.
