CA4GE型发动机排气门的研制及成本评估

摘要 利用感应凝壳熔炼方法,在预热的金属型中离心浇注了名义成分为Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb(原子分数,%)的CA4GE型发动机用排气门。将铸态TiAl基合金排气门在CA4GE型发动机上进行了200h的可靠性实验和复试,结果表明TiAl基合金排气门完全满足发动机的可靠性和耐磨性要求。讨论了TiAl基合金排气门批量生产中所面临的成本问题。 Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb (at.%) exhaust valves for CA4GE-engine were manufactured by induction skull melting (ISM) procedure in a preheated permanent mold. As-cast valves were tested for 200 hours, which showed high reliability and good wear resistance. In addition, the problem regarding the manufacturing cost of TiAl valves in high-volume had been discussed.
