摘要
采用金属有机物分解法(MOD)制备了掺La钛酸铋铁电薄膜并对其膜的形成过程进行了红外、拉曼光谱研究,为高性能铁电薄膜的制备做出前期准备。研究表明,膜的形成经历了有机物分解和晶相转变过程,相变从600℃开始至700℃基本结束。结晶过程中掺入的La3+取代了晶格中Bi3+的位置,降低了钛酸铋的晶相转变温度,导致了晶格中TiO6构成的正八面体畸变,从而影响了晶体的结构及性能。
La modified bismuth titanate films were fabricated by metal organic decomposition method and the formation of the films was studied by infrared and Raman spectroscopy so that the high quality films can be fabricated. The study showed that the formation of the films undergoes a process of decomposition of the organic substances and phase transformation, the phase transformation starts at 600℃ and completes at 700℃. The modification of La^2- substitutes the sites of Bi^3+ in the lattice structure and decreases the phase transformation temperature of bismuth titanate, it also induces the distortion of TiO6 and influences the structure and performance of material accordingly.
