糖尿病膀胱舒张功能改变的尿动力学研究

Dynamics of bladder urination changes in diabetic cystopathy

目的阐明糖尿病膀胱发展的不同进程中膀胱舒张功能的尿动力学改变。方法以1%链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠糖尿病,建立正常对照组,对比糖尿病与正常大鼠离体全膀胱舒张变化尿动力学改变。结果随着糖尿病病程的发展膀胱舒张功能下降,尿动力检查提示:2,4周糖尿病组顺应性低于对照组(P<0.05),12周时高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病早期膀胱逼尿肌舒张功能受损,尿动力学检查是糖尿病膀胱早期诊断的重要手段之一。

Objective To darify the dynamic changes in different courses of diabetic cystopathy in rats. Methods Dynamic changes of bladder urination were compared in vitro between diabetic and normal rats. The diabetic systopathy model was developed using 1% streptozocin. Results Along with the development of diabetic cystopathy course, the urination function decreased. Urinary dynamic observation indicated that the conformance of bladder in diabetic rats was lower in 2 and 4 weeks （P〈0.05） and higher in 12 weeks （P〈0.05） than in control rats. Conclusioa In the early diabets mellitus, the relaxation function of urine detrusor museule is damaged, so the urinary dinamic examination is one of important diagnostic means.
