摘要
电流反馈运算放大器在高速高频电子领域有广泛的应用,但目前市场上流行的基于互补双极性结构的电流反馈运算放大器的电源电压和功耗都较高。文章主要在文献[1 ̄3]基础上设计了一种新型的CMOS电流反馈运算放大器,使用0.5μmCMOS工艺参数(阈值电压为0.7V),模拟结果获得了与增益无关的带宽、极大的转换速率。电路参数为:81db的开环增益、87度的相位裕度、123db共模抑制比,以及在1.5V电源电压下产生了约6.2mW的功耗。
Current - feedback operational amplifiers is widely used in the high-speed and high-frequency electronic fields, but complementary-bipolar process CFOA is popular in the market for high voltage and high power. The aim of this paper is to describe a new CMOS current-feedback operational amplifiers based on the references [1~3], simulation results of the CFOA,using 0.5μm CMOS process parameters with threshold voltage 0.7V, result in a high slewrate as well as bandwidth gain-independence . Circuit parameters show a: 81db open loop gain, 82 degree phase margin, 123db CMRR, and power consumption around 6.2mW from 1.5V supply voltage.
