摘要
在HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯对H2O2氧化中性红褪色反应有明显的抑制作用,据此建立了测定痕量邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的阻抑动力学光度法。测定的线性范围为0.26~4.10μg/mL,检出限为0.038μg/mL,回收率在98%~102%之间。该方法已用于一次性塑料袋、塑料拖鞋、河泥中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的测定。
An inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometric method has been proposed for the determination of trace dioctyl-o-phthalate. The method is based on the inhibitory of dioctyl-o-phthalate to discoloring reaction of neutral red oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in the medium of NaAc-HAc buffer solution. The linear range is 0. 26 - 4.10μg/mL, and the detection limit is 0.038μg/mL. The recovery ranges from 98% to 102%. This method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of dioctyl-o-phthalate in disposable plastic bag, plastic, slipper and river soil.
