摘要
在pH 11.92的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液存在下,用1,10′-菲口罗啉与Mn2+协同催化H2O2氧化铍试剂Ⅲ的反应,确定了最佳反应条件,测定了反应级数,建立了一个测定超痕量Mn2+的新催化光度法,方法线性范围是0~1.00ng/mL,检出限为2.4×10-11g/mL。方法用于一次蒸馏水及烟叶中锰的测定。
1,10′-phenanthroline and Mn^2+ can synergically catalyze the reaction between H202 and beryllon Ⅲ in Britton-Robinson buffer solution (pH 11.92). The optimum conditions and the order of reaction have been studied. A highly selective method for the determination uhrotrace Mn^2+ has been proposed. The detection limit of this method is 2.4×10^-11g/mL. The range of determination is 0.00~1.00 ng/mL. The method has been used to determine trace manganese in first distilled water and tobacco leaves with satisfactory results.
