以某伺服机构单元测试仪故障诊断设备为研究对象，介绍了故障诊断设备中应用的关键技术和设计实践。设计通过将专家系统技术与故障树分析法相结合，构建了一台较实用的故障诊断专家系统。

Based on the fault diagnosis of unit testing instrument of certain servo mechanism, the key techniques and design practice of fault diagnosis equipment are introduced. The design integrates the technique of expert system and analysis of fault tree, and constructs a practical expert system of fault diagnosis.
