It often happens that infants are forsaked in hosiptal for different reasons, How to deal with these forsaked infants becomes a difficult thing for the hosipals due to the flaws of the law. To analyze the reasons of infants being forsaked and the difficults of the hosipital dealing with the forsaked infants, and then expound the flaws in the law and put forward some proposals.
