摘要
为研究纤维素衍生物的浆料性能,对F innfix10、F innfix30的粘度特性、粘着力、浆膜强伸性、耐磨性、耐屈曲性、吸湿性及水溶性进行了测试,并与国产CMC、CMS、磷酸酯淀粉、醋酸酯淀粉、复合变性淀粉进行了对比。试验结果表明:纤维素衍生物对纯棉纱和涤棉混纺纱的粘附性都好;浆膜耐屈曲性好、水溶性好,断裂伸长率与原纱相近,适于作为经纱上浆主浆料使用。
To research the performance of cellulose derivative size mixture, viscosity, adhesive force, size film strength and elongation, abrasion resistance, flex resistance, absorbency and water solubility of Finnfix10 and Finnfix30 were tested, and compared with domestic CMC, CMS, phosphate starch, acetate starch, composite modified starch. The result shows that cellulose derivative has better adhesion to pure cotton yam and polyester cotton blended yam, better flex resistance and water solubility of size film, similar breaking elongation with raw yarn. It is suitable for warp to size as the main size mixture.
