纯彩棉普梳纱线的开发与生产

Development and Production of Pure Colored Cotton Carding Yarn

为探讨采用普梳工艺路线纺纯彩棉纱线的合理工艺。测试分析了西北农林科技大学新培育的棕、绿两种颜色的彩色棉纤维性能,介绍了生产18 tex×2纯彩棉普梳纱线的主要技术措施,并对纱线的质量进行了测试和分析。结果表明:棕色彩棉和绿色彩棉生产的18 tex×2纱线,各项质量指标均达到本色棉优等股线指标。

To discuss the processing of spinning pure colored cotton yarn by carding processing, performance of two colors cotton fibers were tested, which are brown cotton fiber and green cotton fiber cultivated by Northwest A ＆ F University, processing circulation, optimizing processing parameters and adopting measures of producing 18 tex × 2 pure colored cotton carding yarn were introduced, and the yarn quality was tested and analyzed. The result shows that each quality index of 18 tex × 2 plied yarn which was produced with brown cotton and green cotton can reach the first-rate plied index of gray cotton.
