摘要
为了开发HLF Lyocell长绒棉及山羊绒混纺针织纱,介绍了HLF Lyocell、山羊绒的纤维特性,针对HLF Lyocell纤维回潮率差异大,比电阻高,在生产前加湿并存放,同时对山羊绒纤维进行抗静电处理和加湿存放。在生产过程中合理选择了HLF Lyocell与山羊绒在清梳联上混和成条的工艺路线。由于长绒棉纤维长度长、细度细,在清梳工序采用“轻定量、慢速度、大速比、多转移”的工艺原则;并条采取三道并合,确保纤维混和均匀,粗纱采用轻定量、大的粗纱捻系数、小的粗纱张力;细纱适当降低前罗拉速度,采用赛络纺纱。结果表明:提高了成纱质量,减少了成纱毛羽,成功的开发了HLF Lyocell长绒棉及山羊绒混纺针织纱。
To Develop HLF Lyocell long-staple cotton cashmere blended knitting yarn, the specialties of HLF Lyocell, long-staple cotton and cashmere were introduced. According to bigger moisture regain difference and higher specific resistance, wetting and depositing should be done before production, and antistatic treatment and wetting depositing of cashmere fiber should be done before production too. Processing route of blending slivering in blowing-carding unit was adopted reasonably by HLF Lyocell and cashmere, processing principle of lighter weight, lower speed, bigger speed ratio and more transfer was adopted in cleaning and carding process according the specialty of long-staple cotton fiber such as longer length, smaller fineness. Three passages were adopted in drawing process to guarantee the evenness of blending. Lighter weight and bigger twist factor of roving were adopted in roving process, smaller front roller speed and siro spinning technology were adopted in spinning process. The yarn quality is stable and the hairiness is fewer. The development of HLF Lyocell long-staple cashmere 80/15/5 14.7 blended knitting yarn enhances the product added value.
