SA335P91钢焊接工艺在330MW机组上的应用

摘要 阐述了江苏南通天生港电厂2台330 MW机组主蒸汽管道、高温再热蒸汽管道(热段)的管道尺寸规格和材质,对SA335P91钢的焊接特性进行了分析,制定了焊前准备、焊接工艺和焊后热处理工艺方案。实践证明,该焊接工艺是可行的,满足DL/T869-2004《T91/P91钢管焊接工艺暂行规定》要求,能够保证焊接质量。 The sizes and materials used in main steam pipe, high temperature reheating main steam pipe in 2 × 330MW unit of Nantong Tianshenggang electric power plant in Jiangshu Province were introduced, the weldability of SA335P91 steel was analyzed and a set of welding procedure, including preparations before welding and the scheme of postweld heat treatment, was put forward. The actual results showed that the procedure is suitable for the materials, and can meet the requirements in accordance with DL/T869 -2004.
