膝关节非骨折性损伤磁共振成像分析及其临床康复价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过磁共振成像分析探讨膝关节骨挫伤与交叉韧带损伤的相关性及其临床康复价值。方法回顾性分析43例急性或亚急性膝关节非骨折性损伤患者MRI检查影像学资料,探讨其与交叉韧带损伤的相关性及其临床康复价值。结果43例膝关节骨挫伤患者中,34例伴有交叉韧带损伤,9例不伴有交叉韧带损伤。股骨、胫骨前部挫伤数目93处,占总挫伤数目的59.62%,前交叉韧带损伤46处,占交叉韧带损伤总数的68.66%。MRI检查结果均表现为长T2信号。结论膝关节急性损伤患者如果临床表现肿胀、疼痛和活动受限,且X线检查为非骨折性损伤时,应行MRI检查以免漏诊骨挫伤及交叉韧带损伤而延误临床康复治疗。 Objective To evaluate the correlation between bone contusion and cruciate ligament injury with MRI imaging and clinical rehabilitation value. Methods MRI imaging data of 43 patients with acute or subacute non-fracture trauma of knee joint were studied retrospectively and the correlation between bone contusion and cruciate ligament injury of knee joint and clinical rehabilitation value explored. Results In all 43 cases of bone contusion, 34 cases were complicated with cruciate ligament injury, non-cruciate ligament injury in 9 cases. Forepart contusion of the thighbone and the shin had 93 cases, 59.62% of the total contusion number. Cruciate ligaments injury had 46 cases, 68.66% of cruciate ligaments injury total amount. The result of MRI check all presented the long signal of T2. Conclusion It is necessary to perform MRI for the patients with acute or subacute non-fracture trauma of knee joint who have clinical symptoms such as ache, swelling, limitation of motion, showing bone coutusion on MRI, but without any abnormality on X-ray in order to avoid failure in diagnosing bone contusion and ligament injury.
