摘要 文中提出一种新的非制冷红外焦平面阵列系统结构,详细阐述该系统选通和读出电路的工作原理。该系统集成度高,选通和读出电路积分时间长、功耗小、面积小、精度高,能兼容64×64、160×128、320×256等多种焦平面阵列。最后给出选通和读出电路的控制时序仿真结果。 This paper presents a novel kind of system architecture of uncooled infrared focal plane array (IRFPA). Meanwhile, the working principal of the resistance-selecting and readout circuit is introduced particularly. The system is highly integrated. The resistance-selecting and readout circuit has long integrating time, low power, small area and high resolution . The circuit can be used in 64×64, 160× 128, 320×256 IRFPA and so on. The simulation result of the control timing of the resistance-selecting and readout circuit are given at last.
