摘要
文中介绍基于虚拟仪器技术的频谱分析仪自动测试系统的设计过程。计算机通过GPIB接口与频谱分析仪进行通信,根据频谱分析仪的编程指令控制频谱分析仪进行数据采集,利用VB和Measurement Studio部件对采集的数据进行存储和分析处理,从而构建功能完善的自动测试系统。
The design process of the automatic test system of spectrum analyzer based on virtual instrument technique is introduced in this paper. The communication between computer and spectrum analyzer is realized through GPIB interface. The data acquisition of spectrum analyzer is achieved on the basis of programming instruction set of spectrum analyzer. VB and Measurement Studio components are used to store and process the acquired data, so that the perfect function of automatic test system of spectrum analyzer is built.
