摘要
双-(3,5-二氯-2-羟基苯基)甲烷与氯乙酸甲酯反应产物2经L iA lH4还原,得到新的双羟基化合物双-(3,5-二氯-2-羟乙氧基苯基)甲烷3,同时还分离得单羟乙基化产物4.2、3及4的结构经NMR、IR、MS及元素分析确证,并且对反应物2及甲烷3的收率偏低的原因进行了初步分析.
New bis -hydroxy compound bis- (3,5 -dichloro- 2 -hydroxy oxyethyl phenyl) methane 3 was obtained by the reaction of LiAlH4 reducing compound 2 prepared by the reaction of bis - (3,5- dichtoro - 2 - hydroxy phenyl) methane 1 with methyl chloro - acetate, and mono - hydroxylation product 4 was separated from the reacting mixture. The structures of 2,3 and 4 were characteristic by NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The reasons causing low yield of 2 and 3 were discussed in the paper also.
