This paper describes the application of captopril in treatment of nonangiocardiopathy such as ascites due to cirrrhosis,nephrotic syndrome,primary aldosteronism,hypperthyroidism,epidemic hemorrhagic fever,rheumatoid arthritis, idiopathic edema, hyperlipidemia, infant pneumonitis and bronchiolitis etcetera. Its clinical application has been widened.
