元江县微小按蚊卵巢营养细胞多线性染色体观察 被引量:1

Observation on Polytene Chromosomes of the Ovarian Nurse Cell of Anopheles minimus from Yuanjiang

摘要 云南省元江县采集的微小按蚊分别单只雌蚊驯养,解剖分离卵巢营养细胞,染色后光镜观察、记录染色体图谱。经观察365个卵巢多线染色体标本。其染色体由5臂共3条染色体组成:Ⅰ号染色体为具端着丝点的性染色体(X染色体),仅见一臂;Ⅱ号为1对具亚中着丝点的常染色体,分右臂(2R)和左臂(2L);Ⅲ号为1对具中着丝点的常染色体,含右臂(3R)和左臂(3L)。与广西微小按蚊卵巢营养细胞多线染色体比较,发现有12处差异。 Anopheles minimus collected from Yuanjiang, Yunnan Province, were bred with standard methods in lab. The ovarian nurse ceils of A.minimus were separated and stained, and the whole polytene chromosomes were photographed under light microscope and compared with A.minimus from Guangxi. 365 samples of ovarian nurse cells were observed. The chrouosomes included one telocentric sex-chromosome X, two submetacentric autosomes Ⅱ (autosome Ⅱ right ann. 2R and autosome Ⅱ left arm, 2L) and two metacentric autosomes Ⅲ (autosome Ⅲ right arm, 3R, and autosome Ⅲ left arm, 3L). The X is the shortest chromosome and the 2R is the longest one. In comparison with the pattern of polytene chromosomes of A. minimus from Guangxi, difference at 12 positions has been found at the parts of arms in handing sequences.
