心衰1号冲剂治疗慢性心功能不全30例

30 Cases of Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency Treated with Granule Xinshuai No.l

为探索中医药抗心衰治疗方法，我们在总结以往治疗经验的基础上，结合现代药理研究成果，制成心衰１号冲剂进行临床观察。治疗３０例，结果治愈４例，好转２３例，无效３例，总有效率为９０％。治疗前后对患者的心率、尿量、肝脏回缩３项客观指标做了重点观察，经统计学检验，均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
