马尾松对松材线虫病抗病性差异的研究进展

Advance in Research of Masson Pine Resistance Diversity to Pine Wilt Disease

松材线虫病是松树的一种毁灭性病害,不同种源的马尾松的抗病性存在差异.就马尾松对松材线虫病的抗病性差异研究进展进行了综述.目前,马尾松抗病性的研究主要有以下5个方面:①不同树龄与抗病性之间的关系;②不同地理种源马尾松对松材线虫病抗病性的差异;③与种源抗病性有关的主要成分;④马尾松的诱导抗病性;⑤马尾松抗病育种.马尾松的抗病性与多种因素有关系,通常具有抗性的马尾松一般生长状况较好;马尾松的抗病物质很复杂,到目前为止,人们已经发现了马尾松的一些抗病物质的种类,并对这些物质的结构进行了研究,但对这些抗性物质的产生和马尾松抗病机理还有待于进一步的研究.

Pine wilt disease is a most devastating disease of pines; the resistance to pine wood nematode varies in different provenances of masson pine. The paper offers a summary of researches on masson pine resistance to pine wood nematode. There are five major studies of masson pine resistance. （1） The diversity of resistance to pine wood nematode caused by masson pines of different ages ; （2） The diversity of resistance to pine wood nematode of masson pine of various geographical provenances ; （3） The studies of the resistance of masson pine to pine wood nematode related to the contents; （4） The resistance induced in masson pine; （5） Breeding of disease resistance to pine wood nematode in masson pine. The resistance of masson pine to pine wood nematode has several factors. Usually the resistant masson pine has good living conditions ; thus it can live healthily. It is very complicated of masson pine to resist the infection of pine wood nematode and so far people have found some materials produced by masson pine that have some relationships with resistance. And also people have done some researches on the structure of those materials but how the resistant materials are produced and what the mechanism of masson pine resistance still need further investigation.
