供者特异性HLA抗体在慢性移植物肾病中的作用
摘要
近年来的临床资料提示供者特异性HLA抗体(DSA)在慢性移植物肾病(CAN)的发病中起了重要作用,并提出“慢性体液性排斥反应”的概念,为CAN的诊断和治疗提供了一个新的思路。本文综述了DSA介导的免疫损伤导致CAN的研究进展。
