肾移植术后巨细胞病毒病的危险因素和预防 被引量：1

摘要 巨细胞病毒(CMV)病是器官移植术后重要的并发症和主要死亡原因之一,目前尚无切实有效的治疗方法。器官供者血清CMV抗体阳性而受者阴性(D+/R-)、排斥反应、大剂量甲基强的松龙和免疫抑制剂的应用等是CMV病发病的危险因素。限制D+/R-匹配、CMV病原学监测指导下的预防性抗病毒治疗、免疫抑制剂的调整、使用新型抗CMV药物以及预防术后排斥反应等是减少器官移植术后CMV病发病的有效措施。
