摘要
胰肾联合移植(SPK)对于胰岛素依赖型糖尿病并发尿毒症及尿毒症合并有糖尿病的治疗具有重要的临床意义,本文就病人的选择、器官的切取和保存、SPK的外科技术、排斥反应、免疫治疗、SPK的发展趋势6个方面进行了综述。
