膀胱出口梗阻后逼尿肌功能失调机制研究进展

摘要 膀胱出口梗阻(BladderOutletObstruction,BOO)后逼尿肌功能失调机制是多种常见下尿路泌尿外科疾病的共同的病理生理基础。本文通过对其相关学说进行阐述以期寻求BOO后逼尿肌的保护方法。
