摘要
内串石墨化工艺是当前最先进的石墨化工艺。利用内串石墨化工艺生产石墨电极,石墨电极的均质性好,电阻率低,电耗低,经济效益显著。内串石墨化工艺的关键设备是变压器,变压器的参数:二次输出电压、最大输出电流、容量、调压级数、级差电压选择的合理与否,决定了内串石墨化工艺水平的高与低。
As the most advanced technique for graphitization, inside heat type lengthwise graphitization process can be used to produce graphite electrodes with better isotropy, lower resistivity and lower power consumption. Transformer is the key equipment in the process. The choices of parameters of transformer, secondary output voltage, maximum output current, capability, voltage regulating progression and step voltage are the crucial factors, which determines the degree of LW graphitization process.
