卧式振动成型技术在炭电极生产中的应用与分析

APPLICATION AND ANALYSIS OF HORIZONTAL VIBRATION MOULDING IN CARBON ELECTRODE PRODUCTION

内压卧式振动成型是炭电极制造中的一门新技术。本文主要对内压卧式振动成型机作了简单介绍及对使用中所出现的问题作了分析,并对解决方法作了探讨,旨在进一步提高产品质量。

Intrinsic pressure horizontion vibration moulding is a novel technology for production of carbon electrode. In this paper, on the basis of simple introduction on the machine of intrinsic pressure hofizontion vibration moulding, the problems resulted from the production of carbon electrodes and the corresponding solutions are analysed and discussed, which helps to improve the quality of products.
