摘要 随着技术和经济环境的变化加剧,转型日益成为全球电信业的一个热门话题。为保障转型战略的成功,许多运营商对组织结构进行了调整,岗位设置、岗位职责或工作流程均发生了一定程度的改变。 2006年4月6日,Vodafone集团公司着手进行管理结构调整,在调换多位高管的同时,把公司重组为三大部门,拉开了Vodafone集团新的转型计划的序幕。以Vodafone组织结构调整为主,分析了多家移动运营商的组织构成,提出了对我国移动运营商组织构成的建议。 With the varianee of technological and economic environment, reorientation gradually becomes a horsiest topic in global telecom industry. In order to guarantee the success of reorientation strategy, many earriers have adjusted their organizational structure in terms of posts arrangement, posts responsibility and work flow. In Apr. 6th, 2006 Vodafone company group made some adjustments in its management structure:several top managers were exchanged; the company was recoristructed into three general departments; and the new reorientation plan of Vodafone group was initiated. Based on the adjustments of Vodafone's organizational structure, this paper analyzes the organizational structure of several mobile carriers, and puts forward some suggestions on the organizational structure of Chinese mobile carriers.
