上海市高校试办高水平运动队的现状及对策

Present Condition of Trying to Set up High-level Sports Teams in Shanghai Institutions of Higher Learning and Countermeasures

采用文献资料、问卷调查及专家访谈等研究方法,对上海市高校开展高水平运动队建设的现状进行研究。结果表明:上海市高校试办高水平运动队已具规模,在吸纳运动员生源过程中具有感召力和竞争力,但存在“学训矛盾”突出、生源渠道单一等问题。据此提出对策:加强运动员思想教育与学籍管理,建立高校向国家输送青年体工队员的培养机制,科学处理“学训矛盾”等。

Using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, interview to experts etc., it did research on the present condition of the construction of high-level sports teams carried out in higher learning in Shanghai. The results reveal that the high-level sports teams tried to set up in some universities an colleges in Shanghai have already formed a certain scope and had the strength of inspiration and competition in the course of absorbing the source of athletes, but there still exist some problems, such as the contradiction of learning with training being sharp, the channel of athletes＇ source being single etc. Accordingly, it put forward the following countermeasures： strengthening the management of athlete＇ s status as a student and ideological education, setting up the training meehanisan of universities and colleges transporting young members of sports working team to the country, scientifically handling the contradiction of learning with training and so on.
