有氧运动影响动脉粥样硬化的动物模型实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用主动脉大体染色、HE染色等实验方法,根据病理形态判断AS(动脉粥样硬化)模型的建立,根据资料和小鼠体重、饮食、运动状况等生长情况判断运动量,对这一双重模型的合理性进行判断。结果:采用的大体染色、体视显微镜下显示ApoE-/-小鼠(8周龄ApoE基因敲除鼠)主动脉弓、分支口、腹主动脉均出现斑块,HE染色显示ApoE-/-小鼠形成了典型成熟的粥样斑块。结论:采用的ApoE-/-小鼠建立AS模型理想、稳定,采用的运动方案合理,运动量适中。 It used the experimental method of aorta section staining, HE staining etc. to judge the establishment of atherosclerosis (AS) model from pathomorphology, judge training load from related material and mice' s body weight, diet, exercise state etc. and judge the reasonability of this double model. The results indicate that the spots have been detected in arota arch, arota branch and abdorminal arota of ApoE^-/- mice (eight-week-old knock-out mice). Moreover HE staining reveals that the typical and ripe atheromatous plaques have been formed. It concludes that the selected AS model established with ApoE^-/- mice is ideal and steady and the exercise scheme used is feasible and medium in traning load.
