低温冷藏对原料用温莪术中挥发油的影响

Effect of the cold storage on the volatile oils of Rhizoma Curcumae

目的:了解冷藏贮存对原料用温莪术中挥发油的影响。方法:药材分为鲜品冷藏、鲜品直接提取、阴干室温贮存和阴干冷藏4组。均照药典法测定比较挥发油含量。用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定比较挥发油中莪术醇含量。结果:按鲜重计算,鲜药材直接提取得油率最高,但莪术醇含量较低。阴干冷藏和鲜品冷藏油中,莪术醇均有较高含量。结论:冷藏可作为原料用温莪术的一种贮存方式。

Object： To research the variation of the volatile oils of the rhizoma curcumae stored at low temperature for long time. Methods： The crude drugs were divided four groups, including the fresh crude drugs extracted on time , the fresh crude drugs stored at low temperature , dry crude drugs stored at low temperature and dry crude drugs stored at room temperature. They were evaluated on the extract rate of the volatile oils from the crude drugs with the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia after six months, the content of curcumol in the extraction were determined by HPLC. Results： The extraction rate of the volatile oils from fresh crude drugs was higher, but the curcurmol in the volatile oils was low.The contents of curcumol were higher in the crude drugs stored at low temperature, whether it were fresh or dry. Conclusion： The results showed that cold storage could be a way for Rhizoma Curcumae stored for long time.
