摘要
项目成本控制作为施工项目管理的内容——三控制之一更能体现其绩效性,也是最为直接使用的手段。它遵循成本最低化、全面成本控制、目标管理以及责、权、利相结合和动态控制等五个基本原则;以通过组织、技术、经济等措施得以实现。
Control of the project cost ,which is the main part of the management of construction project, can directly reflect the achievement and effect of the management.It follows the rules, which are the lowest cost, general cost control, aim management, combination of responsibility, right and advantage and dynamic control, and it is achieved with the method of organization, technique and economy.
