试析台湾政治运作中的女性因素——兼论“立法院”性别政治生态

Study on the Female Factor in Political Process of Taiwan——And Review on the Gender Zoology in Politics of Legislature

20世纪70年代以来,台湾现代妇女运动兴起发展,女性参政逐渐成为核心议题。妇女团体通过与体制对话以影响政策,或推选女性公职人员参与施政来增加女性集体的政治力量。目前,女性“立委”在“立法院”中人数增多,对妇女团体及其相关议题有所帮助,但实质作用仍有限。在社会性别主流化趋势下,女性政治力量的增长可以预期。

Since 1970s, the modem feminists movement has been developing in Taiwan, and the women＇s political participation becomes the focus of public the discussion gradually. The women group is increasing their political power by consulting with the government to influence the policy, or electing the female officials to join the government. Nowadays, the increase of the number of the ＂female commissioner＂ in the legislature is helpful to the women group and the correlative topics, but in fact, the effect is limited. And the increase of the female political power can be anticipated as the gender mainstreamization.
