摘要
细胞粘附分子(CAM)是一组介导细胞与细胞、细胞与基质间相互结合和作用的分子,它包括整合素、选择素、钙粘素、免疫球蛋白(Ig)超基因家族和高分子碳水化合物。CAM可引发肾内炎症细胞浸润、细胞外基质增多、肾小球硬化和间质纤维化;可介导自身免疫反应性肾组织损伤,因而在多种原发或继发性肾小球疾病、异体肾移植以及肾缺血再灌注等方面发挥着重要致病作用。而且,已有动物实验和临床研究显示出抗CAM治疗的临床应用前景。
