工程建设项目质量、进度和投资是对立统一的矛盾体。在工程建设中,投资与进度的关系是加快进度往往要增加投资,但采取各种赶工措施使项目及早竣工,尽快发挥工程建设投资的经济效益,又会使人、机械因超强工作,造成工人疲劳、机械故障、材料供应紧张和施工条件的改变,进而影响工程质量。

The quality, progress and investment of construction project are the body of the unity of opposites .The relation of investment and progress in construction is accelerate progress often to increase investment, but to take all measures to make the project done and give the economic profit of investment as soon as early will make workers feel tired, bring machinery trouble, material supply nervous and construction conditions change for high intensity work of people and machine, and then have influence on construction quality.
