摘要
近年来,我国道路交通安全形势比较严峻,特重大运输事故时有发生,而在道路运输行业中推行安全评估是降低道路交通事故的有效途径之一。
In recent years, the highway traffic safety position is serious in our country, with much happening of especial and fateful transport accidents. It is one of effective approach to reduce traffic accidents to push safety evaluation in road transportation vocation.
